"WHAT A GREAT PRODUCT! We met you at The Old West End Festival in Toledo, Ohio. I was told by my nail technician that dry, cracked heels are just a part of getting older and that there really isn't anything but the pumice stone to combat the issue. WRONG! The Big File is absolutely a miracle for removing all that roughness. In just two times I had removed all the skin that was causing me to put rungs in the heels of my hosiery. Also, my elderly mother has extremely tough fingernails. I filed them in a snap with just the Small File. I am planning to purchase these files as Christmas gifts."
